In the past profiling had the potential to consume a lot of time and material. In ONYX 12 Media
Manager, the workflow has been simplified to reduce the waste of time and materials by including device appropriate default settings, adding software assisted Ink Restrictions, and allowing uninterrupted access to printer configuration settings while profiling.
In ONYX 12 Media Manager all advanced settings are automatic, but optionally configurable, and are clearly identified with a black diamond 
. In many cases profiling is as easy as "Print, Read, Next".
